Return Process

Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and any relevant photos of the product issues.

Our quality control team will assess your claim to determine if a return or replacement is required based on freshness and packaging integrity.
- 3.Return Shipment
If a return is authorized, securely package the items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the product back to our facility.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your return is inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh batch of biltong immediately.
